The Average Normal Workout


      You have to "make some time" to workout because

                                      you're very busy.

          You enter your Gym and spend 20-30 minutes

                                chatting with the Staff.

         You climb on a stationary bike and watch TV and

                               of course - your Phone

      You finish and then wander around talking to Friends

                                                 and

                       Thinking "let's see, what do I do ? 

              Bench Press, Curls, Oh well, let's do Bench. 

      You set up the weight and do the same weight the

                                same number of reps.

    


  

          After 2 Hours on the way home, you think,

        I don't have time, why am I doing it anyway ?

               give you the best opportunity to set
